Olu Adeaga: Empowering Women Through Coaching and Etiquette

Olu Adeaga is a dynamic leader, mentor, author, and advocate for women's empowerment. With a robust foundation in History and Law, she transitioned from a successful finance career to entrepreneurship. She channelled her entrepreneurial spirit into JSapphirah, a venture specialising in ladies’ shirts which she ran for a number of years.

A certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker, Olu’s passion for personal and professional development is reflected in her transformative online coaching programmes. Her expertise blends seamlessly with her entrepreneurial spirit, making her a sought-after mentor and coach for both women and men seeking to excel in both personal and professional life.

Beyond her coaching programmes, Olu is a champion of etiquette, conducting workshops for all ages. Convinced that refined social behaviour can positively impact society, she penned "Because Manners Matter" to share her wisdom. Her  Instagram live sessions, "Hangout Café," fosters open and supportive conversations within a welcoming community.

A dedicated church leader with over three decades of experience, Olu currently oversees the Women’s Mentoring Scheme. Her dedication to mentorship is evident in her obtaining a Master’s degree in Christian Mentoring and the establishment of the Christian Mentoring Association, a platform dedicated to elevating mentoring practices within the Christian community.

A fervent advocate for women's empowerment, Olu envisions a "complete woman" who is spiritually grounded, intelligent, and well-rounded. She inspires women to embrace their unique identity in Christ and reach their full potential.

When not immersed in her work, Olu finds joy in travel and reading. She is happily married and a devoted mother of two.
